What if a product I order is out of stock?
Every effort is taken to ensure that all items displayed within this web site are always in supply, however occasionally some items may be temporarily our of stock or we may sell out faster than planned. If any item becomes unavailable for any reason we will email you to offer a substitute item of equal purpose and value or we will place the item on 'back-order' (subject to its continuing availability) for priority delivery as soon as possible. Alternatively, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
What is the policy on exchanges and returns?
Goods supplied cannot usually be accepted for refund or exchange, however the Club will consider any claim arising out of faulty workmanship or design. If you believe goods you have purchased from the Club are faulty you should return them to the Club within 14 days of receipt, in the same condition as when received, together with a copy of the invoice. You must also bear the cost of returning the goods to the Club. Each request for exchange or refund will be considered on its merits and the Club may in its absolute discretion refuse any request for exchange or refund. Please remember that players do from time to time leave the Club's employ or may elect to change their individual squad number. The Club is unable to make any exchange or refund in respect of any personalised/custom-printed item.
Do you accept international
orders?
Yes, we can deliver products to UK, EU/Eire and other Overseas addresses. All you need to do is select the correct delivery category within the shopping cart area. All pricing & payments are in UKĀ£ only.
