Exchange and Refunds
Goods supplied cannot usually be accepted for refund or exchange, however the Club will consider any claim arising out of faulty workmanship or design. If you believe goods you have purchased from the Club are faulty you should return them to the Club within 14 days of receipt, in the same condition as when received, together with a copy of the invoice. You must also bear the cost
